Eucalyptus Honey is a floral honey obtained mainly from the nectar of eucalyptus flowers (Eucalyptus spp.), produced using traditional methods with over 100 years of experience. It is mainly produced during the summer (and in early spring in certain areas of the Iberian Peninsula such as Castile and León, the north, and the southwest).

Color: Light amber to amber, potentially showing slight greenish hues at the top.

Aroma: Intense, pleasant, and very persistent, with clear notes reminiscent of wet wood.

Flavor: Intense, very characteristic, and with a marked sensory personality.
Crystallization and Texture: It presents medium crystallization with medium-sized crystals. If you prefer a more liquid texture, you can gently heat it in a bain-marie (without exceeding 40 °C).
Culinary Uses: It is excellent for accompanying infusions, dark breads, oily fish, and pickled fish. It also stands out as an ingredient in sauces, pastries, and culinary dishes.
