Heather Honey is an exquisite floral honey obtained from the nectar of flowers from species such as Erica cinerea and Erica vagans, harvested in heaths and mountain ranges of the Iberian Peninsula (mainly in the north and Catalonia) during late summer, following traditional methods with over 100 years of experience.

Aroma: Intense, floral and very persistent, with very characteristic notes reminiscent of autumn leaves, humus, and mushrooms.

Flavor: Sweet and intense, complemented by slightly bitter components and clear salty notes.
Crystallization and Texture: It exhibits medium crystallization which may vary depending on the harvest. If you prefer to restore a more liquid texture, you can gently heat it in a bain-marie without exceeding 40 °C.
Culinary Uses: Due to its powerful and distinct character, it is ideal for pairing with bread and oil, pork, chutneys, sauces, or to add a unique touch to your drinks and infusions.
